Ingredients

• 2/3 cup Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
• 2/3 cup sour cream
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1-1/2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 4 cups diced cooked chicken
• 1 cup thinly sliced celery
• 1 cup chopped green pepper
• 2 large red apples, cut into 1/2-inch pieces, optional
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
• 1 cup chopped walnuts
