Firecracker Salmon Tips
Can you cook firecracker salmon on the stove or in the oven?
This easy salmon recipe is made on the grill, but it can be broiled, baked or cooked on the stovetop, too. Broil 3 to 4 inches from the heat for 5 to 10 minutes. If baking the salmon, bake at 425° for 15 to 18 minutes. Or, cook the salmon in 2 tablespoons of oil or butter in a heavy skillet over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes on each side.
What do you serve with firecracker salmon?
A cool cumber salad recipe would be a perfect pairing for this spiced-up salmon. For a heartier meal, serve with a rice side dish.
How should you store firecracker salmon?
Store leftover firecracker salmon in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 2 to 3 days. Reheat it in the microwave for just 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through.
