Ingredients

  • 4 teaspoons salt-free seasoning blend
  • 4 teaspoons everything seasoning blend
  • 2 teaspoons lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 Cornish game hens (20-24 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

    Combine the first 6 ingredients. Tuck wings under hens; tie legs together. Rub oil over hens; sprinkle with seasonings. Place hens, breast side down, on greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook at 375° until a thermometer inserted in thickest part of thigh reads 170°-175°, 18-20 minutes, turning once. (Cover loosely with foil if hens brown too quickly.) Let stand 10 minutes before carving.
